On 11th August 2017 we had the pleasure of bringing the Star Eventz Magic Mirror Photo Booth to Sheffield for a corporate event hosted by Ellie from PwC. The event was hosted at Whirlow Hall Farm located on the outskirts of Sheffield.
With stunning scenery and a calm and tranquil setting, it has proven to be a very popular wedding venue, with 140 acres of working farmland and a close location to the peak district.
Ellie contacted me in July and asked if I had availability on 11th August 2017 for a Corporate event in Sheffield and as it was an annual event, Ellie wanted to make the whole evening as successful and memorable as possible.
The event had a unique farmhouse feel to it all and the events were based in or around the farm courtyard. There was a DJ playing some great music and situated outside there was a BBQ and other activities including inflatable sumo wrestlers. We placed the Magic Mirror Booth inside next to the bar which was rather convenient, encouraging a big stream of people buying drinks to get involved. Although the venue was rather cosy (in a good way!) the area was still big enough to accommodate the mirror, the red carpet and rails and props, as well as the printing area. There was plenty of space to fit lots of guests in the photos, which you simply couldn’t have done with a traditional photo booth so we were pleased with the set-up and very pleased we had the Magic Mirror for this event.
The evening went down very well with all the guests participating and having their photos taken at the booth. Everyone enjoyed the props and had fun signing the guest book, where an extra copy of each photo was placed.
All enjoyed fooling around with our Magic Mirror, the fun props that we provided and the interactive features such as signing their photographs and adding emojis, which can make the whole experience even more memorable.
Ellie requested that the photo template be created in the company’s corporate colours and that it included the company logo too, which is something we love to be able to do for our clients!
After the event, we provided a USB stick with a digital copy of the photos taken on the Magic Mirror at the event.
